Pungo Prairie Pit Powder

2 Tablespoons Chili Powder

2 Tablespoons Paprika

1 Tablespoon Cumin

1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt

2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger

2 Teaspoons Ground Mustard

1 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic

1 Teaspoon Granulated Onion

1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds

1 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds

1 Teaspoon Celery Salt

1 Teaspoon Allspice

1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander

½ Teaspoon Ground White Pepper

½ Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper

½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

¼ Teaspoon Ground Dried Bay Leaves

¼ Teaspoon Ground Cloves

2 Tablespoon Turbinado Sugar

2 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar

Combine all ingredients, blend well. Store in a glass jars. Apply to Boston Butts, Pork Shoulder, Pork Belly, Chicken, Beef Brisket & even Grilled Asparagus. Makes 1 cup of Rub
