Pungo Prairie Piggy Perfume

¾ cup salt

1/3 cup crushed red pepper flakes

1/3  cup ground white pepper

 3  tablespoons ground red pepper (not cayenne pepper)

 2  tablespoons fine ground black pepper

 3 cups or 1 ½ pounds brown sugar

 1 gallon apple cider vinegar.

Combine all ingredients, blend well and allow to steep for 12-24 hours before sousing BBQ pulled pork or chicken

 

Also and excellent pepper vinegar for Collards or Kale.
